Sarah Heinen

Sarah strives for excellence in serving our clients and assisting our team on a daily basis. She manages the operational needs of our team and oversees staff and office workflow. Sarah enjoys fostering close relationships with the families and individuals we serve and helping ensure that they receive quality attention and support.

She also manages all marketing, events and branding efforts at Springs Wealth Group. Empathetic and detail-oriented, her goal is to always make working with us easy and effortless.

Before being promoted to COO in January 2025, Sarah served as the marketing manager at Springs Wealth Group. Prior to joining our team in 2021, she was a special events planner at Advisors Excel. She holds a BBA from Kansas State University.

Sarah is originally from a small town in North Central Kansas, and now lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado with her pup, Hozzie. When not in the office, Sarah enjoys being a new aunt, exploring the Colorado mountains, fly fishing, paddleboarding and learning to play pickleball.
